What we collect
To process an order we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number and delivery address. For business customers we additionally collect the company name, registration number and trade register number. Through the contact form we collect your name, e-mail address and the content of your message.
Why we process it
Order data is required to perform the sales contract and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Contact form messages are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive.
Who we share it with
We share data strictly with those involved in fulfilling the order: the courier company, the Stripe payment processor for card payments, and our accounting provider. We do not sell or rent data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for the period required by tax legislation. Contact form messages are kept for a maximum of two years.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to the e-mail address on our contact page.
Security
The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details never reach and are never stored on our servers.
