The 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a natural person, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to justify your decision, under Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.

How to proceed

1. Notify us in writing, by e-mail, within those 14 days.
2. Return the complete product, with all accessories and the original packaging, within 14 days of that notice.
3. We refund the full amount received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Conditions

The product must be in the same condition in which it was received. A product that has already been installed and used may be accepted for return with a reduction proportional to the loss in value. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, unless the product is faulty.

Faulty products

If the product you receive is defective or does not match your order, let us know and we will arrange collection at our own cost.
