Shipping and payment

Delivery

We deliver by courier across Romania, usually within 1 – 3 working days of order confirmation. You receive the tracking number by e-mail when the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery cost

The standard delivery cost is shown at checkout, before payment is confirmed. Above the threshold shown in the cart, delivery is free.

Payment methods

• Bank card — secure online payment processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Cash on delivery — you pay the courier on arrival. An additional fee may apply, shown at checkout.
• Bank transfer — you receive a proforma invoice by e-mail; we dispatch once the payment clears.

Invoicing

We issue an invoice for every order, both for individuals and for companies. For a company invoice, fill in your business details at checkout.
