1. The parties
This website is operated by Eco Silvania SRL, with its registered office in Oradea, Splaiul Crişanei nr. 6, bl. A2, ap. 34, Bihor county, Romania, VAT number RO 25950235, hereinafter “the Seller”. By placing an order you, hereinafter “the Buyer”, accept the terms below.
2. Products and prices
Displayed prices include VAT and are expressed in Romanian lei. Delivery costs are added separately and shown before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders
An order is considered registered once the checkout steps are completed. The Seller sends an order confirmation by e-mail. The contract is considered concluded when the products are dispatched.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by bank card through the Stripe payment processor, cash on delivery, or bank transfer. Card details are never stored on the Seller's servers.
5. Delivery
Delivery is by courier, within the interval communicated at the time of the order, usually 1 – 3 working days from confirmation. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon receipt.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, a Buyer who is a natural person may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The procedure is described on the returns page.
7. Warranty
Products carry the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. The warranty does not cover faults caused by improper installation, use outside the stated technical parameters, or unauthorised intervention.
8. Liability
The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from use of the product in conditions other than those set out in the installation manual and the technical data sheet.
9. Dispute resolution
Disagreements are settled amicably where possible. Otherwise, the Buyer may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection or use the European online dispute resolution platform.
10. Changes to these terms
The Seller may update these terms. The version applicable to an order is the one published at the time the order was placed.
